Terms & Conditions
RESERVATION, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND :
- Reservations must be made using the provided online system. Customers are required to make full payment online.
- Reservation cancellations can be made via email at drumahbonda@gmail.com or through WhatsApp at 019 – 862 3060 only.
- In the event of cancellation after arrival date and no – show, there are no – refund.
- In the event of cancellation more than 7 days to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivelent to the value of 70% of the total amount.
- In the event of cancellation within 3 to 7 days to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivelent to the value of 30% of the total amount.
- In the event of cancellation less than 3 days to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivelent to the value of 100% of the total amount.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES :
- Check-In Time : 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Check-Out Time : 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Check-In time for Public Holidays is at 3:00 PM.
- Guests are required to inform the resort if they plan to Check-In/Check-Out outside the specified hours.
- A fee of RM50 will be charged for Check-Out after 12:00 PM.
- A fee of RM10 per hour will be charged for Check-Out after 2:00 PM.
- Check-Out after 5:00 PM will incur the full room rate.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
- Guests are required to pay a security deposit of RM50 per unit.
- The security deposit will be refunded upon Check-Out if:
- There are no damages or lost items.
- There is no furniture rearrangement.
- There are no dirty dishes/cups left behind.
- The security deposit can be paid in cash or online.
ACCOMMODATION RULES :
- NO SMOKING. A penalty of RM200 will be imposed for evidence of smoking within the accommodation.
- NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION ALLOWED ON RESORT PREMISES.
- NO BIKINI WEAR IS PERMITTED ON RESORT GROUNDS.
- NO PETS ALLOWED.
- Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings while staying on the premises. Any loss or damage to personal items is beyond our responsibility.
- Guests are responsible for the care of the property during their stay. Any damages must be reported to the resort management.
- An additional bed will incur a charge of RM20 per person (including blankets and pillows).
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- D’Rumah Bonda River View management provides a parking area. Please ensure that you securely lock your vehicle. Negligence, damage, and theft are NOT the responsibility of the management.
- Water activities in or near the river or swimming pool at D’Rumah Bonda River View should prioritize safety aspects to ensure the well-being of guests. If guests refuse to comply with these instructions and violate the rules, we will NOT BE LIABLE for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur.
- It is a serious offense for guests/visitors to bring firearms, flammable materials (indoors), fireworks, or explosives onto the premises.
- Guests/visitors should be aware of the potential presence of wild animals such as snakes, monkeys, and venomous insects (centipedes, wasps, bees, etc.). The management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any medical expenses resulting from injuries. Please immediately notify the management if you encounter any animals that may pose a safety risk.
- The management reserves the right to impose a penalty fee for any damage or loss of property belonging to D’Rumah Bonda River View during the stay.
- For non-Muslim guests, it is not allowed to bring non-halal products (alcohol, pork, and others) onto our premises.
- Keys must be surrendered during the check-out process at the registration counter at D’Rumah Bonda River View. Guests are requested to wait for at least 15 minutes to allow the Housekeeping team to inspect the accommodation items to prevent leaving behind personal belongings. The SECURITY DEPOSIT will be refunded to the guest after key return and a house inspection, provided that the house is in good condition.
